We are sad to announce that, on November 24, 2025, at the age of 88, Chris Hernandez of Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Hernandez; his parents, Crecencio Hernandez and Senovia Hernandez; his siblings, Raul, Gloria and Nina; and his in-laws, Jose and Maria Guillen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa K. (Javier), Denise and Reneé V. (Miguel); his grandchildren, Christopher (Maricela), Adam (Samantha), Kristina (Raymond), Andre, Bryanna (Brandon), Michael and Sela (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Celeste, Abigail of Phayth, AJ, Isaac, Isabella, Ace, Aylah Grace, Chase and Caden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
