He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Kingston and Ann Kingston (Hensley). He is survived by: his siblings, Mike (late Karen), Tom (Linda), Sean (late Tara), Pam Wade (Tom) and Mary Tomczak (John); his aunt Mary Dooley; and his close friend Darice Hanlon. He is also survived by 12 nephews and one niece, 11 great nieces and nephews and many cousins and friends.
