He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kielbasa and Mary Kielbasa; his grandson Edward Thomas Kielbasa, III; his parents-in-law, Frances and Walter Dittrich; his sister Sylvia Kielbasa; and his sons-in-law, Domingo Davila and Mark Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kielbasa; his children, Mary Davila, Edward, Jr. Kielbasa (Sherri), Lori Seljan, Michael Kielbasa (Donna), Susie McDonald, Michelle Wagner, Jeff Kielbasa (Cindy) and Kimberly Kasper (Bryan); and his sister Bernie Mahoney. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
