She was predeceased by: her husband Ernie; and her daughter Maria. She is survived by: her children, Mitzi (Bill) and Michael (Sharon); her grandchildren, Gina (Jeffrey), Nikolas-Viktor (Eileen), Maximilian and Piper; and her great grandchildren, Alexzandria, Bradley, Penelope and Rosemary.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the St. John Cemetery (1547 167th St, Hammond, IN 46320).
