He is survived by: his wife Phuong Loan Thi Kacak; his close friends, Eddie Pollock and Phil Kowal; his brother Ali Mohammed; and his siblings-in-law, Tho Truong Vo, Hieu Chi Vo and Phuong Thuy Vo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
