He was predeceased by: his daughter Ashley Howard; his father Neil Howard; and his stepfather Wayne Kluth. He is survived by: his mother Judith Kluth (late Wayne); his siblings, Steven Howard (Stacy) and Eva Kluga (Mike); and his pet Harley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
