With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Marie Benson (Hammond, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Warren and Mary Warren. She is survived by: her caregiver Meagan MaryBeth Benson; her son Erik Randolph Benson (Andra); and her siblings, Raymond Warren (Teresa), Steve Warren (Patty), Sharon Hogue (Bill), Michael Sellers (Shelly) and Jamie Ray (Brian). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and faithful friends.
