We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2025, at the age of 47, Jason Richard Hawkins of Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rick Hawkins and Josie Hawkins; and his grandparents, Bill, Gertrude Hawkins, Timoteo and Francis Medrano.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Anthony (Krystal), John, Alyson and Jonah; his grandchildren, Kaylee and Giovanni; and his siblings, Matthew (Hillary), Marty and Melinda. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bocken Funeral Home (7042 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location.
