With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey R. Starkey of Hammond, Indiana. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jeffrey has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his father Roland Starkey; and his sister Cynthia Starkey-Schroeder. He is survived by: his son Joseph Starkey; his wife Jean Starkey; the mother of his child Ann Starkey; and his pets, Bella, Milo, Callie and Ozzy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Contributions to the luncheon are appreciated. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that monetary donations be made to Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
