He is survived by: his wife Alicia; his sons, Daniel Mitchell (Jenny) and Adrian Mitchell (Allison Boswinkle); his stepdaughter Julissa Gonzalez Kotvasz (Sean); his grandchildren, Valentina and Lorenzo; and his sister Rita Eppley (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
