She was predeceased by: her son Joseph Dale Gornick; her parents, Georgetta Frueh and Raymond Frueh; her former husband John R. Klut; and her brother Bobby Klut.
She is survived by: her daughter Brianna; her fiancé Thomas Jones; and her siblings, Marlenee Provenzano, John Klut (Jo Ellen), Darlene Pruitt (late Larry), Brian Klut (Julie) and Sheryl Jones. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, loving aunts, and her dear grandmother.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pruzin Funeral Home (7109 Calumet Ave, Hammond, IN 46324). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
