He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Lee Ball Sr. and Patricia Irene Ball (Motto); his sister Theresa Irene Reynolds; and his nephew Roger Lee Reynolds Jr.. He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Mazurkiewicz; his siblings, William "Billy" Ball and Emma Johnston (Ball); his nieces and nephews, Brian Ball, Willy Reynolds, Patrick Reynolds, Steven Reynolds, Brandy Gribben, Amanda Moore and Monica Hubbard; his stepchildren, Sabrina Ross, Thomas Ross Jr. and Jessica Ross; and his stepgrandchildren, Kalie Ross, Thomas Ross, Sean Ross and Jameson Ross.
