It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Stammis of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Martin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Martin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Leeann Stammis; his sister Cheryl Adams; and his parents, Carol Stammis and Martin Stammis. He is survived by: his son Dion Stammis; his wife Janice Stammis; his granddaughter Idahlia Stammis; and his sister Lynne Stammis-Cochran.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Memory Lane Funeral Home (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307). A memorial service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
