He was predeceased by: his father Richard Boilek; and his sister Natalie Kozial (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Cindi Boilek; his children, Susie Uylaki (Kenny) and John Lamb (Alisa); his mother Loretta Maglish; his brother Richard Boilek (Nancy); his grandchildren, Johnny, Josh, Alexia Lamb and Kaitlyn Uylaki; his godparents, Thelma and Glen Matthew; and his grandchildren, Baseball League and Football. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
