He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Traci Scardina; and his siblings, Serafine, Tony, Joe, Isabella Karnis and Mary Rose Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Scardina; his son Robert Scardina (Dianna); his grandchildren, Ashley Styer (Chris), Dustin Scardina, Joshua Scardina, Jessica Scardina and Marina Scardina; his stepgrandchildren, Nate McRoberts, Sam McRoberts (Jessica), Josh McRoberts (Lydia), Joey McRoberts and Jake McRoberts; his great grandchildren, Charley Scardina, Nora Styer and Lila Styer; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Olive, Chara and Victoria; and his sister Stella McCord. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322).
