She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Rootes; her father Charles "Hoppy" Millwood; her stepmother Doris Millwood; her mother Dorothy Millwood (Millard); and her brother Charles William Millwood, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ralston (Michael); her grandsons, Jacob Bodnar and Nicholas Bodnar; her sisters, Charyl Vlasblom (Ron) and Jacqueline Crooks (late Richard); her sister-in-law Sally Millwood; and her stepsiblings, Jerry (late John), Steve, Debbie, Judy, Laurie and Amy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
