He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Medema and Grace Medema. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Nicastro (Angelo), Leah Medema and Peter Medema; his granddaughters, June and Mabel; his siblings, Tom Medema, Nancy Medema, Ralph Medema (Jenn), Matt Medema (Stephanie), Kim Moore (Dave) and Scott Medema; his parent-in-law Beverly Tysse; his pet Wrigley; Karen Houk.
