He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cantrell and Nellie Cantrell; and his in-laws, Philip and Jenny Mikler. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Cantrell (Mikler); his children, Debra Pilipow (Edward), Dawn Quillin (Bill) and Richard Cantrell (Rochelle); his grandchildren, Edward Pilipow (Dawn), Eric Pilipow (Jenna), Ryan Pilipow (Isabella), Tyler Quillin (Sarah), Kyle Quillin (Cassie), Caden Cantrell, Camdyn Cantrell and Kian Cantrell; his great grandchildren, River, Felix, Nelly, Ursula, Silvia Pilipow, Dawson and Layla Quillin; his brother Robert Cantrell (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Fred Mikler (Annie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice Porter County in Richard's memory.
