He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Eugene Mooney Sr. and Luanne DiNovo; and his brother Brian Mooney. He is survived by: his children, Cody Mooney (Brittany), Samantha Mooney and Mary Casey (Travis); his grandchildren, Kayden, Kaylep, Ashlynn, Lynnlei, Hunter, Abigail, Harper and Jonas; and his fiancée Laura J. Whitcomb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bocken Funeral Home (7042 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the St. John Cemetery (1547 167th St, Hammond, IN 46324).
