Traci Lynn Samples Obituary
In loving memory of Traci Lynn Samples of Hammond, Indiana, who departed this world on September 24, 2025 at the age of 46. Traci leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Ron Roderick (Phyllis), Ray Samples and James Hopkins (Lillian); and her uncle Mike Samples. She is survived by: her parents, Greg Samples (Janet) and Rhonda Karwoski (Dan Fleming); her siblings, Tami Samples, Lisa Vega (Steve), Essie Mae Asher, Joanne Moharter (Patrick) and James Asher; and her grandmother Sue Samples. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to the ALS Association in Traci's honor.
