She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Bluhm; her husband Roy Webb, Jr.; her adoptive daughter Janet Backe; her brother Gene Bluhm; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Ames and Kayden Ames.
She is survived by: her mother Valetia Bluhm (Bales); her children, Pat Linback (Lenny) of Hanna, Sandy Kerr (Rick), Rick Webb (Tammi) of Union Mills and Deb Webb of Hanna; and her grandchildren, Jeff Miser (Jennifer), Shannon Hawkins (Aaron), Tom Anderson (Connie), Tiffany Wilkins (Travis), Tyler Coats (Shari), Nicole Russo (Terry), Randi Ames (Matt) and Jesse Webb (Leanna). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
