She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Rex Welch (Vickey), Kurt Welch (Jana), Evanna Stephenson (Brian Marble) and Andrea Upton (Tim Mason); her grandchildren, Jessica Stephenson, Brady Lyles, Vera Stanfield, Robb Stephenson, Hanna Rotundo, Courtney Upton, Cassidy Topete and Lucas Welch; her great grandchildren, Millie Welch, Ellie Upton and Genevieve Stephenson; her husband Evan Welch; her son Zane Welch; her grandson Joshua Welch; and her parents, Gilbert Bailiff and Bessie Mae Bailiff.
