He is survived by: his wife Wilma Adams Box of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Kandice Box of Peru, Brandy McBride (Justin) of Murphy, Arliegh Box of Madison and Allen Box of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Carolyn, Dylan, Zachary, Ethan, Zelma, Tobin, Atticus and Arabella; his great grandchild Benny; his brothers, Gerald Box (Susan) of Florida and Arnold Box of Hanover, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Joyce Box of Bethlehem and Alice Ryker of Hanover, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
