He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin Tash, Gloria Jean Lewis, Keith Dixon and Shirley Lyons Dixon. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Tash and Debbie Dixon Tash of Bloomington, California; his daughter Sage Tash; his siblings, Dustin L. Massie (Robin) of West Harrison, Andrew N. Massie (Amy) of Vevay, Jay Dannellik of Madison, Joseph L. Tash of Bloomington, California and MacKenzie Roszcynski (Chandler) of Madison, Indiana; and his grandmother Patricia Diane Dixon of Lexington, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
