He is survived by: his wife Paula Stice; his daughter Anitra Squire (Webb) of Albany, Georgia; his grandchildren, Kendra Rodriguez of Madison, Indiana, Kayla Rodriguez of Madison, Indiana and Lauran Rodriguez of Madison, Indiana; his great grandchild Carter Lee Adams; and his siblings, Arthur Burch (Patti) of Georgia and Mary Etta Hall (Dale) of Underwood, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
