She is survived by: her daughters, Kellie Kammes (Lance) of West Chicago and Teresa Stewart (Tommy) of Lexington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Nikkie (Tyler), Paige, Michael, Hunter (Mandy) and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Jake, Kya and Noah; and her sister Janet Middleton of Vevay, Indiana. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
