She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Betty Maxwell Boaz and Lewis Doke Boaz; her brother Raymond L. Boaz; and her nephew Raymond Thomas "Tom" Boaz. She is survived by: her nieces, Rebecca Richardson (Jamie) of Hanover and Olivia Callis (Daniel) of Trimble County, Kentucky; her nephew Jonathan Boaz of Madison, Indiana; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlynn Boaz, Madisynn Boaz, Jesse Campagna, John Thomas Callis and Delilah Callis.
