She was predeceased by: her parent Carol Grimm Porterfield Perry; her stepfather Ernest Perry; and her sisters, Brenda Sue Porterfield, Cathy Lambert and Nancy Porterfield McClure.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Ervin Houze, Sr. of Hanover, Indiana; her son Travis Porterfield of Madison, Indiana; her stepsons, Robert Houze Jr., Eric Houze and Jordan House; and her brother Allen Porterfield (Rebecca) of Thaxton, Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
