She was predeceased by: her parents, George Goodman and Pauline Kruse (Fifer); her son Gary Lee Meeks; and her siblings, Betty Lou Moore and Robert Goodman.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Bueter (Robert), Jean Ann Schwab (Phillip), Linda Harbin, David Meeks (Hildegard) and Daniel Meeks, Sr.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, as well as a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
