He was predeceased by: his father Jim Neely; his wife Amy Lockridge-Neely; and his sister Elizabeth Neely. He is survived by: his mother Mary Green Neely of Dupont; his caregiver Laura Jaynes (Casey) of Florence; and his siblings, Jason Neely (Amanda) of Madison Indiana, Calin Neely of Bloomington and Ross Neely of Chicago. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
