He is survived by: his wife Pamela Susan Stilger Fitzpatrick of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Robert Fitzpatrick (Sandy) of Clarksville, Tennesse and Katie Alworth (Brett) of El Diablo, California; his stepchildren, Stephanie Driver Seelye (Gabriel) of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Joseph Driver (Melissa) of Pisgah; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brianna, Logan, Henry, Wyatt, Aaron, Chris and Salma; his great grandchildren, Samuel and Meadow; his siblings, Karen Vidovich of San Ramon, California, Gary Fitzpatrick of Millbrae and Jim Fitzpatrick of Burlingame, California; and his stepfather Robert Fitzpatrick of Millbrae, California.
