He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Mulligan (David) of Chicago, Illinois; his mother-in-law Naomi Wise Mack of Madison, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Cyndy Kirkland of Hanover, Indiana and Robert "Bob" Wise (Lu Ann) of Madison, Indiana; his nephews, Joseph Hill (Kimberly) and Robert Hill (Jennifer) of Florida; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail Hill, Camron Sisk, Kayla Sisk, Emily Sisk and Andrew Sisk.
