She is survived by: her children, Angela Dawn Hatton (Lawrence) of Lexington, Indiana and Thomas O. Surrett, Jr. of Madison, Indiana; her grandsons, Bryce, Brady and Hunter; her close friend William E. "Bill" Simmonds of Madison, Indiana; her brothers, Bruce E. Johnson (Sharon) of Hanover, Anthony "Tony" Johnson (Cindy) of North Vernon and Jeff Johnson (Donna) of New Albany, Indiana; and her brother-in-law John Stovall of Lafayette, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
