Graham of Hanover, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley J. Bullock and Goldie B Bullock (White); her daughter Linda Kay Elsbury Turner; her siblings, Wesley Gene Bullock, George Earl Bullock and Linda Lou Bullock Stoner; and her grandchildren, Elaine Rodgers and David Anthony Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Steven Graham of Hanover; her brother David Douglas "Bud" Bullock (Georgia "Jo" Bullock) of Florida; her sons, Randy J. Elsbury (Pat Hammons) of Indiana and George Douglas Elsbury (Kathy) of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Gregory Chatham (Andrea Vance Chatham), Clayton Elsbury, Ben Elsbury (Heidi), Jamie Elsbury and Joanna Turner Sebree (Chad). She is also survived by many great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
