She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Omo of Harlan, Indiana; her children, Gregg Omo (Mandy) of Ashburn and Krissy Knapp (Travis) of Auburn; her grandchildren, Bryce Shively, Brooke Shively and Lily Omo; her close friend Malinda Bennett; and her caregiver Crystal Snyder.
