He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Eager (Randy) of Woodburn and Janice Menger of Woodburn, Indiana; his niece Ingrid Smallwood (Harvey) of New Haven, Indiana; his great-nephew Noah Smallwood (Summer Philebaum) of New Haven, Indiana; and his friends, Mike and Ben Moore.
