He was predeceased by : his parents, Junior Stacey and Velma Stacey (Shaffer). He is survived by : his wife Linda Stacey; his sons, Ryan Bell (Stacy) of Portland and Randy Bell (Kennedy) of Nashville, Tennessee; his brother David Stacey (Lisa) of Fishers, IN; his grandchildren, Heather Bell, Erika Bell, Lindsey Sofronko (Austin), Hailey Ayala and Jason Ayala; his siblings-in-law, Vicki Brandenburg (Tom) and Jack Ingels; his aunts, Sharon Mitchell and Sharon Shaffer; and his niece Andrea Courtney. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made in his name to Eaton Union Cemetery, 16301 N State Road 3, Eaton, IN 47338.
