She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Worrick (Mittank) and Frank Worrick; her husband James "Jim" Richard Johnson; and her siblings, Wayne Worrick, Thomas Worrick, Betty VanGordon, William Worrick and Mike Worrick.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly R. Johnson of Hartford City and Randy L. Johnson (Sue Taylor) of Pennville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Shatto (Kent), Josh Johnson (Alexsis), Brittany Bechtol (Jordan) and Kayla Anderson; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Alexander (Zachary), Sadi Schrock (Austin), Savanah Davis (Andrew), Aysilia Courtney (Drake), Ayleah Johnson and Jayden Johnson; and her siblings, Doris Fortner of North Vernon and Phillip Worrick of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
