She was predeceased by: her parents, James Van Horn and Edith I. Van Horn (Meyers); her husband James L. Sutton Sr.; her sons, James L. Sutton Jr. and Tony R. Sutton; and her siblings, Sue Sutton and Earl E. Van Horn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda J. (James Jim' Cale) of Hartford City, Shari E. Lake of Muncie and Melinda A. Sutton of Indiana. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
