He is survived by: his children, Tasya J. Cassidy (Craig W. D. "Dalton") of Beaufort, Calen Ford and Jersi Cummins; his grandson Westyn Cassidy; his parents, Deborah "Debbie" C. Ferguson (Ferguson) of Hartford City and Jacob "Jake" E. Johnson Jr. (Sandy Johnson) of Dunkirk; and his sisters, Heather Petrie (Mike) and Tina Johnson. He is also survived by step siblings; he had numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keplinger Funeral Home (509 N High St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
