He was predeceased by : his parents, William Taft Carroll and Irene Elizabeth Carroll (Shinn). He is survived by : his wife Deborah Lee Carroll (Brown) of Hartford City, IN; his children, Shawn Allen Brown of Hartford City, IN and Heather Ann Lennartz of Montpelier, IN; his grandchildren, Chaz A. Carroll (Taylor) of Portland, IN, Gage M. Capper of Portland, IN and R. J. Lennartz of Portland, IN; and also Hope Carroll of Portland, IN..
