He is survived by : his wife Patsy Ann Culbertson (Doty) of Hartford City, IN; his children, Michael Wayne Culbertson (Rhonda) of Marion, IN and Erika Ann Meyer (Culbertson) of Hartford City, IN; and his brother Richard Dee Culbertson (Kathie) of Montpelier, IN. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
