He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald D. Justice and Ruth N. Justice (Richmond); and his brother Robert Justice. He is survived by : his wife Toni Lynne Justice (Hall) of Hartford City; his daughters, Jan J. Henry (Loyd) of Hamilton, OH, Jodi J. Konkle (Kevin) of Muncie, Jerilyn J. Justice of Hartford City and Jill J. Justice of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Elijah Justice (Jenae), Morgan Sorrell (Cody), Jackson Konkle, Madison Stoeppel (Marcus), Lillian Konkle, Elayna Jernigan (Clayvern), Danielle Henry, Kore Konkle, Isaac Justice (Jen) and Clint Henry; his brother John A. Justice of Florida; his brother-in-law Thomas Hall (Nancy) of Findley, OH; his nephew Anthony Hall (Amanda); and his niece Angela Hendren. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several other nieces and nephews.
