He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Blair and Virginia Blair (Robbins); and his grandson Jacob Short. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jo (Arnold); his siblings, Mike of Richland, IN, Genna Sue Magan (Perry) of Owensboro and Carol Blair of Reo, IN; his children, Christina Short (Richie) of Hagerstown, MD. and Joshua Williams of Chandler, IN; and his grandchildren, Chelsie Short of Greencastle, PA, Justice and Tristan Williams (Cynthia) of Hatfield, IN. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
