He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Elpers; his children, Brian and Lisa Elpers; his brothers, Joey, Ronnie and Jerome Elpers; and his grandson Zachary Bailey.
He is survived by : his wife Aline Elpers (Kiesel); his children, Pam Fox (Greg) of Fort Branch, IN and Jason Elpers (Stacy) of Fort Branch, IN; his siblings, Kathleen Will (Donnie) of Evansville, IN, Eileen Rausch (Jack) of Evansville, IN, Teresa Roberts (Chuck) of Evansville, IN, Carol Ham (Wesley) of Evansville, IN, Rick Elpers (Pauline) of Evansville, IN, Eugene Elpers (Carol) of Evansville, IN and John Elpers (Lori) of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Kyleigh Bradshaw (Chris), Kyndall Fox, Kendra Elpers and Devyn Bailey (Krimson). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
