He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Burger and Agnes Burger (Wehr); his wife Bernie Burger; his son-in-law John Jenkins; his brothers, Robert and Melvin Burger; his nephew Shawn Vaughn; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Lamey, Paul Regener and Delores "Lolly" Vaughn.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Jenkins; his grandson Peyton Jenkins of Haubstadt; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Burger of Evansville, Vicki Burger of Fort Branch and Norma Regener of Haubstadt.
