Jacob left this world on July 29, 2025 at the age of 35, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Offerman, John Wilkinson and Judy Davis; his aunt Marian Offerman; and his cousin Matthew Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his parents, Julie Offerman (Wilkinson) and Mark Offerman; his wife Mary Kate "Katie" Offerman; his daughters, Aubrey Offerman and Isabella Vanderkooy; his sisters, Molly Chastain (Jerry) and Maddy Marx (Josh); and his grandmother Mayta Offerman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel (6300 N First Ave, Evansville, IN 47710). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
