He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Lorine (Martin) of Haubstadt; and his siblings, Ivan, Leo Kiesel, Elgene Bell, Elvira Meyer, Sr., Mary Leon and Mary Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Kissel; his children, Mark (Tammy), Dennis (Becky), Eddie (Kelly), Les (Colleen) and Lisa Bittner (Eric); and his brother Donald Kiesel (Lynn). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren: 10 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (211 N Vine St, Haubstadt, IN 47639). Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
