She is survived by: her husband Lee Hoffman of Haubstadt Indiana; her children, Kathy Sollman (Dan) of Fort Branch, Gregory Hoffman of Fort Branch, Scott Hoffman of Indianapolis and Mark Hoffman (Laura) of Corvallis, Oregon; her grandchildren, Joshua Sollman, Brittany Sollman and Sydney Hoffman; and her brother Reverend Monsignor Kenneth Knapp of Evansville, Indiana..
