He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Fowler and Margaret Fowler (Dick); his wife Barbara Fowler (Blaize); his son John Welch-Fowler; and his siblings, Peggy Driscoll, Thomas Purkieser, William Joseph and Daniel Fowler.
He is survived by: his sons, Jay Fowler (Rhonda) of Derry, NH and Stanley Fowler (Robin) of Hazleton, IN; his granddaughters, Danielle Hanna and Sarah Abramson; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Hadley and Miles.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Decker Cemetery. The military honors was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at the same location.
